When you write, it helps to include the name of the tool, a short description of what you were trying to do, and — if relevant — the type of file (without sending the file itself, since we never need it). Most issues are quick to clarify.

For private or sensitive documents, remember the central promise: all processing stays on your device. You never need to email a file to us to use any tool, and we will never ask you to upload one.

We aim to respond within a few business days. Because PDFFlow is a small project, replies may occasionally take longer during busy periods, but every message is read and the privacy of your data is never part of the conversation.

Found a bug or want to send feedback? Email hello@pdfflow.ink with the tool name, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead. Clear reports help us fix problems quickly, and you never need to send the document itself — describing the issue is enough.
