Privacy Policy

Your files never leave your device. This is the core of how PDFFlow works. Every tool runs locally in your browser using JavaScript (pdf-lib and pdf.js). We do not receive your documents, we do not store them, and we do not transmit them to any server. Because the files are processed on your own machine, they are never exposed to us or to any third party during processing.

1. Cookies and similar technologies. The tools themselves do not require cookies to function, and we do not set tracking cookies to operate them. If advertising is enabled on the site, the advertising partner described below may set its own cookies subject to its policy. You can control cookies through your browser settings at any time.

2. Third-party vendors. This website may display advertising served by Google AdSense, a third-party vendor. AdSense uses cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. PDFFlow itself does not share any file you process with Google or any other vendor, because those files never leave your device.

3. DoubleClick Cookie. Google, as a third-party vendor, uses the DoubleClick cookie to serve ads based on a user’s interest categories and prior activity. You can opt out of the DoubleClick cookie by visiting the Google Ad Settings page. This cookie is set by Google, not by PDFFlow, and only when advertising is active on the site.

4. Opting out of personalized advertising. You may opt out of personalized ads served by Google and other participating vendors through the industry opt-out page at https://www.aboutads.info/choices. You can also manage Google ad personalization in your Google Ads Settings. Choosing to opt out does not stop ads from appearing; it makes them less tailored to you.

Analytics. If analytics (such as Google Analytics) is enabled, it collects aggregated, privacy-friendly usage data — such as which tool page was opened — that cannot identify you or the contents of any file you process. Analytics, when present, is configured with IP anonymization where available.

Data retention. Because your files are processed on your device and never uploaded, we retain none of their contents. We keep no copies, logs of file contents, or backups of your documents.

Children. PDFFlow is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at the address below and we will delete it promptly. Because the tools run on your device, children who use them are not transmitting anything to us in the first place.

Security of processing. Although we never receive your files, we still apply care to the site itself: the pages are served over HTTPS, and any optional scripts (analytics, advertising) load from their official sources only when you have enabled them. Nothing about using a tool requires you to transmit a document to us.

Changes. We may update this policy as the site evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised date.
