Terms of Use

By using PDFFlow you agree to the following terms. The tools are provided “as is” and “as available” for general, lawful use. They perform operations on files you supply, entirely within your own browser.

Nature of the service. Most tools run locally on your device. Some conversions involving Office formats, OCR, encryption, and archival standards are limited or best-effort, and their pages state those limits plainly. We do not guarantee that every output will preserve the full layout or fidelity of your source.

Not legal, financial, or professional advice. PDFFlow is a utility for manipulating files. It is not a source of legal, financial, medical, or professional advice. For matters where accuracy or compliance matters — such as certified redaction, encrypted archival, or signed agreements — consult a qualified professional or use purpose-built software.

Your responsibility. You are responsible for the files you process and for having the right to modify and redistribute them. Do not use the tools on copyrighted material you do not have permission to alter, or on documents you are not authorized to handle.

Prohibited uses. You may not use the site to process unlawful content, to attempt to compromise the site, or to violate the rights of others. We reserve the right to block access where we detect abuse.

Intellectual property. The site, its code, and its design belong to PDFFlow. The output files you generate belong to you. This agreement does not grant you any rights in our underlying software.

Warranty disclaimer. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. The tools may contain bugs or limitations, and outputs should be reviewed before you rely on them. We do not warrant that a particular conversion or operation will meet your requirements.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PDFFlow is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the tools, including any issue with an output file. You use the service at your own risk.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify PDFFlow against claims arising from your misuse of the tools or from processing documents you were not entitled to handle.

Changes. We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the site operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from your use of the tools is resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
